Seven years ago, I was a fitness professional, pregnant with my first child, and confused by the conflicting information I found. So - like the scientist I also was - I went in search of better information, more nuanced approaches, and mentorship.

AND I BECAME THE COACH I NEEDED.


Now, I guide people through pregnancy and postpartum with an experienced eye, solid science, and compassionate coaching.
