We’re Kathy & Holly - athletes who have grown and birthed a total of 6 children.

We KNOW how much scary, incomplete, and contradictory information is out there about training in pregnancy, postpartum, and through menopause. We know the feelings of:

  • FEAR of exercising after a diagnosis of pelvic organ prolapse or diastasis;

  • RELUCTANCE to participate in activities for fear you’ll leak;

  • FRUSTRATION when previous athletic activities trigger symptom or pain

  • CONFUSION over who to trust and where to get reliable information.

Our own aches, pains, and injuries through pregnancy and motherhood led us to seek out the most up-to-date information on training our cores (including pelvic floors) for a lifetime of athleticism. 

The best part? These strategies and training approaches are relevant forever. We continue to apply them for ourselves as we navigate perimenopause, and share them with clients of all ages to help them become their strongest, pain-free, and and least leaky selves.

 FAQs

  • We ask that you have clearance from a doctor or physical therapist who is familiar with your situation.

  • Class is $35 SGD (In-Studio), the same as all of our other 60 min classes. We do NOT charge more for our specialty or perinatal classes.

    These are stand-alone classes - no need to commit to a month or term.

    Your first class wtih us is always 50% off w/ the Promo Code FIRSTCLASS. As a consent-focused studio, we want you to try a class before you make a bigger commitment. After that, you may choose to purchase a class package, which will give you 5-15% savings per classes.

  • Yes. We will work in a contained portion of the studio, and you’re welcome to set up a small playmat or a few toys for your child. Changing diapers/feeding are fine during class. There are also couches and WiFi for older kids. However, please do note that we do not have a child-minding service, so you will be responsible for your child. Adjust your expectations of yourself and your attention accordingly.

  • Everyone has feet, a pelvic floor, and shoulders. This class will help you learn how to use them all effectively.

  • Due to the specific and sometimes intimate nature of topics discussed, for the comfort of all participants, we are limiting this class to uterus owners and former uterus owners.

    We can explore similar topics around pelvic floor, pressure management, hernias, and prostate symptoms in a 1:1 training session for anyone else. Our other classes are open to participants of all genders.

  • The instructors who teach this class (Holly & Kathy) are highly trained. They’ve learned from a variety of experts in the fields of women’s health, pelvic health, and physio therapy, including Brianna Battles (MS, CSCS), Julie Wiebe (PT, DPT), and Sarah Duvall (DPT, CPT, CNC).

    Coaches Holly & Kathy trained as this field exploded in 2015 with updated ideas, research, and information. Since then, they have a combined 15+ years of experience training women with these strategies. They also have an extensive referral network to connect you with additional support services as needed.
