We’re Kathy & Holly - athletes who have grown and birthed a total of 6 children.

We KNOW how much scary, incomplete, and contradictory information is out there about training in pregnancy, postpartum, and through menopause. We know the feelings of:

  • FEAR of exercising after a diagnosis of pelvic organ prolapse or diastasis;

  • RELUCTANCE to participate in activities for fear you’ll leak;

  • FRUSTRATION when previous athletic activities trigger symptom or pain

  • CONFUSION over who to trust and where to get reliable information.

Our own aches, pains, and injuries through pregnancy and motherhood led us to seek out the most up-to-date information on training our cores (including pelvic floors) for a lifetime of athleticism. 

The best part? These strategies and training approaches are relevant forever. We continue to apply them for ourselves as we navigate perimenopause, and share them with clients of all ages to help them become their strongest, pain-free, and and least leaky selves.
